Sample Of A Proposal For A T.v Show

snow ride on the Schöckl, 28.II.Io

What's more beautiful than a snow drift in winter walk? the same with the wheel! match 1 Sunday of Advent we have a s ride on the snow, made Schöckel. discrepancies to initial time (half 11 is not equal to 11:30, roland eh?) we were on our way towards Stattegg and on the footpath in the book-length away and then the rest of the old toll road up. is it a bit of snow still Gelg friday and the middle of the long path then it has started to snow really.

the holder cottage we were all icicle fingers, from the toes and are close in the kachlofens thawed only slowly. but there is nothing gmütlicheres, snow drift than in the cottage to sit and a good teller to mush with soup in front of your nose!

motivate least strudel and vanilla together with the comforting en'd me very much and we have then also put up towards the summit. layers with 4 (including underwear and hard shell) and neoprene covers for the shoes was it feared not so cold as. or was the departure of the summit meadow Is action-packed, as is I have become quite hot anyway;) in the hour we are sitting in the holder cottage, it has viz snowed quite s Choen stuff on it in total's been so determined to warn d Located he 8cm FRISC powder since the a n the road are. and on the meadow and s pate then at the forest's was not much 'better'. enough snow to see the stones to no more and then it sliding properly on it. making snow's not too easy to pedal reinzufinden when are cleats zugeeist completely verpickt.
to powder one really has a whole new feel and sense of balance is very necessary!

fahrn down the warning tracks in snow from our drive up long ago , we managed grad's still the last remaining daylight in the city to come back. in the dusk with the many snowflakes we warn very clearly in the winter wonderland!

and so pleased you look for a snow ride despite the cold from the laundry. I can recommend any / m only from the heart! and the best for last - the winter bike season has just begun:)

How To Know When Impetigo Is Gone

climb on Io - the autumn climbing trip

Thursday evening, 22:30 clock, the van is on its way. Objective: Osp - Slovenia. Due to the Mission: long fingers move to the climbing areas around Osp. Also on board: Thomas, Hari, Timon, a bunch of climbing gear, and a T3 with the finest sound system (which you will need also one while driving ever experienced something of the music).
Oh Yes, sticker duty in Austria, again away from the motorway (the second station then also has one for us) to go up on the highway. We note that, the direction of Slovenia would have been purposeful, but in Graz we were long gone ... We also have more time, the good bacon by Haris grandpa to taste. Good things take time, but eventually nothing can stop us anymore and we rush towards Osp. Almost nothing ...
sets While driving rain - and the windshield wiper but also from. After our efforts to find a gas station in Ljubljana, with the correct tool to fail, we find that windshield wipers be overstated especially evident in the rain and continue the journey. A last attempt to resolve the problem, we take on a motorway car park. But unfortunately we can the friendly people at night at half past two in the parking lot cars from their hangers on and help unload not really. Despite fragmentary understanding ("Chiavi? Si si!"), We do not seem the same topic to speak. While we expect more of it, they are looking straight out of their tools out the right key, rush them away. The Romanian colleagues next to us who also have problems with her car, also have the problem with the lack of appropriate use of tools - So what, we continue halt.

degenerates over time from the rain and makes a progress impossible, but what you're in a bus? Get off the highway down to sleep. The next morning holding clearly ready for better weather (no rain) for us, and on we go: The aim of the South - Osp. After a short morning insoles at the gas station (bus pushing not only the bus takes, but also the circulation surprisingly well in swing), we reach even before breakfast (always a question when one eats breakfast) our hot-awaited goal: the traditional Osp village with the cozy climbers camping, which clings to his old house to the soaring cliffs.

After a quick breakfast put the rocks under the microscope, ääh under the fingertips. Despite heavy rain events in the night are big parts of the wall was almost completely dry and will have our climbing a sheer delight. And at night we would have not dared to dream, but the sun comes out and we can shed our thick shells.

All too soon it is dark at once, ha, after all, a front lamp. One last tour, and down you go to our mobile kitchen. With a beer Chi, the menu plans are discussed. Cabbage with tomato sauce? Or perhaps with bacon and gnocchi à la noodles? Ultimately decides the hungry crowd for a daring Creación: pasta with tomato sauce! apparently has spread the message of the good cooks in the Osper camping, because very little after the meal arrives, the rear guard (Sarah, Verena, Marco) from Graz.

The next morning starts well with waking up and breakfast, and I have probably skipped the first point and the placed second point, rather, half asleep behind me have, for so I do not remember exactly any more. The trail continues up the rocks to settle a few outstanding bills from the previous day for some, for others it is first introduced to the sharp-edged plates or gutgriffigen steep limestone cliffs close. Although the smiling sun the rock makes today a popular meeting place for climbers from all over the world, it is not uncomfortably full. Pain ("Dolores") and genome chambers of my heart ("a tout coeur") on to the "Hard Rain" is still saved us, fortunately, the "pretty baby" becomes a "pretty lady ", and, and, and ...

In Slovenia, the days seem much shorter, otherwise I can not explain to me how it is dark all at once again. This time with a better per capita headlamp ratio of the withdrawal is begun.

The dinner is now a true Potpurri of specialties. From previous day pasta as appetizers on tuna salad, Bratwürschtel with cabbage, to a deliciösen Risotto with Chef Marco hand-harvested fresh Parasolpilz. A variety of bread, biscuits and chocolate varieties round out the menu.
Some rain after the meal, the Party genes in the blood - is after all Saturday night and we are right on trend spot on the party scene surrounding kilometers. How much the campsite bar in the scene is announced, you can see two parallel celebrations (hard to believe but true, in Osp there is even enough room to park a coach can). Overwhelmed whether the many choices we head first to the bar, which is always a good starting point. Maah looks, the meats look good ... A Schnappserl a conversation in the local language of our semi-local and we will benefit from this wonderful grill. Was badly needed, the dinner is yes again one to two hours back, and the stomachs have just started at the sight despite complete saturation growling already. To a new spot, the scene has made his name, for some of us still spend a fun, long night at the party, while the other can rumble in the current and past hits to sleep.
next morning departure. Thomas and Marco are called from their duties as early as the early return to Graz, the others make more or less fit back on to the rocks. Despite rain in the night of the rock is again surprisingly dry - at least until the first half lead climber in wall height. A short, powerful shower changes the situation suddenly. All that bad - but had yet anyway none of us showered in the morning. And the rock was after some minutes again climbable.
Last climbing trip for this project should be a nice, slightly overhanging dihedral. The slightly overhanging has also proved very useful, it is raining but now a permanent and the overhang keeps the dry route. And project - it's stayed. Does not help, we need to stop soon after Osp back. Nothing better than that - because it was simply great.

Chemical Burn After A Facial

training camp in Saariselka

Last week I had the opportunity to a training camp of the Finnish ski-orienteering team in Saariselka to visit in northern Lapland. With cold temperatures, lots of snow and well groomed trails (about 30 km) the training conditions could not have been better. It was mainly endurance training on the program, but also a ski-orienteering exercises on a dense gauge network. A cross-country race and a strength test were part of the program.
It was very instructive to see, is trained as in Finland. I think I could definitely benefit from this week. Sporty as well as linguistically (good opportunity to refresh my Finnish). Now I'm
for 2 weeks in southern Finland with relatives. Snow is at least in the ski hall and Fabian from SAS is even a training partner in the region.
I look forward to the subsequent storage in Ylläs with the Swiss team.

follow pictures when I am back in Switzerland ...

greetings from the north
