TL in the Engadine with Swedish colleagues

Like last year I invited some of this summer training colleagues (3 and 6 cross-country ski-Oler) from Umeå to train in Switzerland. For 10 days we were in Surlej Engadine abolsvierten and so some training sessions on foot, with the Rollskis on the mountain bikes and sometimes by bicycle racing. In between, we cooked for us tested our balance on the slackline, playing soccer or enjoying an espresso.

Youth Camp 2010 in Vaumarcus

Hej!

Every 5 years it will take place , the youth camp swiss orienteering. In Vaumarcus, a small village on Lake Neuchâtel met all the young cadres of Switzerland to jointly do a great week. I was the only "pure" Ski-O runner who participated in the camp and one week was allowed home with the Italians. This small French course determined not hurt ... Of course, even Sven, Lars (ZesOLNak) and Vero (NWK GR) there!

to the daily routine one might have to get used to: Sleep-Eating-Training-Exercise-Eating-Baden-food-sleep relaxation. And what's more beautiful than to great training grounds in law to jump more quickly in the serenity of Lake Neuchâtel. There were also several multi-sport offers and the common mountain run to the Creux du Van.

But competition was not missing. Sun gabs a prologue at the beginning, the middle week of COM with qualification and final heats and the final the camp season.

It was a great week with great people (thanks also to "private coach" Ursli), demanding training and also beautiful, hot weather. But the snow would come now but slowly. ;)

Until then definitely have a very nice summer!
