100 "Absent"
The opening ceremony of the Institute is aimed at building space within 100 km of Waldkirch (Freiburg in Breisgau.) Living photographers and artists on the theme have "Absent" created images. The registration area is marked out by including the cities of Karlsruhe, Basel, Tübingen, Mulhouse, Strasbourg, Konstanz around Freiburg.
Of the 10 candidates are selected and presented in the exhibition with their works. Of about 10 other participants from the short list submitted work samples are shown. is judged
competition from Catherine Bosch (art historian), Mona Breede (artist, photographer) and Prof. Hari Roser.
is the theme of absence, his presence in the pictures. A track in the visible should not refer to what is present. This track can be injury or enrichment.
are to be submitted up to 5 A 4 large images, an A4 page of text and explanation of the completed and signed application form.
