Sunday made the sun
us once again a real summer day. Starting point for our trip was Trübbach. After a few pleasant flat feet, it is the slope gleicmit los. 1234 meters distance ourselves from the highest point of the road, which we will take on the roles. The first part goes through the forest, then steeply over the meadow, and the first intermediate target is reached, the Kurhaus Alvier. Then it's on the shade of the thick forest. The road is really steep again in between. A slide is not always possible. On these sections the classical Rollskis would have been better yet. But after a hard day, there will always rise again sometimes a less steep section. The last part of the trail in the sun is not as flat and are in between, you must expect some gravel. Really ski orienteering Feeling.Nach short 2 hours I'm above. The wind makes me that I move quickly away from the saddle with the running shoes go. When I meet Carmen, we go on foot in a good half hour over to Gonzen. From the summit we will enjoy a wonderful view! After the lunch break on the highest point 
we take the decline in attack. It goes down steeply and with a vertical passage of a ladder, a stop at the castle and now we enjoy our Glasse at the station in Sargans. of Andrin
