free day during the week and lots of snow - that must be exploited, we thought. So spontaneously skis packed together and off they went to Triebental. Something comfortable and easy it should be safe too - our choice was the driving Kogel (2055m).
fairytale snowy forest with the best powder in the lower part have let our hearts beat higher and let us be aware again of what is incredibly great about ski touring. Given us the weather was still a liberal, even the sun could be from time to time just looking.
top bissl wars then blown off, and instead of powder rather Meadow, rocks, wind-compressed or icy snow. The last meters to the summit, we then managed to walk, the skis are we grateful to have been.
Because it's not just windy, but was still crispy cold, limited, our summit rest for a quick summit photo. Quickly back down, skis abgefellt and strapped, and went off the descent.
fine tour, great day, is awakened and the appetite for more!
Who now and then something would do spontaneously or is looking for colleagues for a tour just for our weekly Take a look over: every Wednesday, from 19 clock in the AV-house in the Schörgelgasse 28a, courtyard building, upstairs.
